Victoria joined the Maximeyes team in 2013 after cutting her teeth with a competitor for 5 years and is now something of a veteran having joined the industry aged 20. There is literally no customer problem that has not passed across her desk at some point and been efficiently resolved. The absolute focus on customer care that Victoria brings to her role is one of the key reasons that Maximeyes enjoys industry leading retention rates.
As head of customer care and account management Victoria heads up a team of some 15 customer service professionals who all share her passion for ensuring everybody receives an outstanding experience every day. Whether its billing queries, invoice verification or more complex issues such as metering, infrastructure or consumption anomalies, you can be sure that Victoria and the team will sort out your issues with good communication, great expertise and amazing results!
